Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness in our scheduling and operations. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully: Standard Cancellations Clients may cancel their appointment or booking with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If a client cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued. If a client fails to attend without providing notice (a no-show), no refund will be issued. Weather-Related Cancellations In the event of dangerous weather conditions (as determined by us), we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. In such cases, clients will be offered the choice of: Rescheduling to a new available time slot, or Receiving a full refund. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
